A small-group class where your real life becomes the practice. Every week. In person.
Not yoga as exercise. Not meditation as stress relief. Not spirituality as a way to feel better.
This class is for people who sense that what the great traditions are pointing at is real, and who are ready to stop circling it and start living from it.
That means bringing your whole life into the room. The places you're stuck. The experiences you haven't been able to explain. The questions that don't fit anywhere else. We work with all of it, directly and honestly, without spiritual performance.
Maybe something shifted in you and you don't have words for it yet. Maybe you've had moments of real stillness, or clarity, or something that felt like recognition, and then ordinary life closed back over it and you couldn't find your way back.
Maybe you've been meditating, reading, sitting with teachers. You understand more than you used to. But understanding and living it are two different things, and the gap between them is where most people get stuck.
What's missing isn't more information. It's a place where your actual experience, the confusion, the glimpses, the questions that don't fit neatly into any tradition, is taken seriously and worked with directly.
That's what this class is for.
If life feels heavy right now, anxiety, patterns you can't break, relationships that keep pulling you under, Healing Foundations may be the better first step. It works at the root of what drives suffering, and many students find it clears the ground for deeper spiritual work.
Learn about Healing Foundations →You bring what's alive for you. A glimpse you can't explain. A question that keeps returning. A moment of stillness that opened something and then closed. Something you read or heard that landed differently than anything has before.
This is not a class where you listen and take notes. We go deep into direct inquiry, and when your experience opens something unfamiliar, disorienting, or hard to hold alone, you won't be navigating it by yourself. That's the point of the container.

Most of the time we aren't seeing clearly, we're seeing through the filter of fear, habit, or old identity. We work on developing the capacity to see what's actually there.
Philosophy points at something. We work with what it's pointing at, not the map, but the territory itself. What have you actually encountered, and what is it asking of you?
Spiritual experience doesn't happen outside the body. We learn to read what the body is registering, where it opens, where it contracts, and what that's telling you.
If you've been using your practice to stay comfortable rather than go further, we'll catch it. Gently, but clearly. Real inquiry goes toward what's hard, not around it.
The gap between insight and how you actually live is where the real work happens. We work on closing that gap, not as a project, but as a practice.
Some experiences don't fit neatly into any tradition. We don't force them to. We sit with them directly and let them teach.
"You were naming these experiences. I did not find anyone who could do that. And so I wrote poetry. But physically, in the world, I didn't have people I could talk to about this."
Pragalbha
"Something that stuck tremendously well was that surrender isn't something you do, it just happens. And if that's the case for surrender, then that's just the case for everything."
Sabrina
"Kevala showed up to show me that where I was was actually valid and can be named."
Pragalbha
"We broke down a lot of things I've experienced or gone through and just didn't know how to think about it. I can't wait to keep going with it."
Niti
This class is for people who are serious about the inner life, not as a hobby, not as self-improvement, but as the thing that matters most.
You've had experiences you can't explain and haven't found anyone who can meet you there.
You've been on a path for a while, meditation, yoga, reading, sitting with teachers, and you're ready for something that goes further.
You've had glimpses of something real and you want to understand what they're pointing at.
You feel the gap between what you've seen and how you actually live, and you want to close it.
You're done with spiritual performance. You want the real thing.

Kevala teaches from lived experience. In 2019 she went through a profound and unexpected spiritual awakening, one that preceded her formal study and became the foundation everything else was built on. What she brings to this class is not a philosophy she learned and now repeats. It is a direct, ongoing encounter with what these traditions are actually pointing at.
Because of that, she draws freely across traditions: Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, Zen, not as a scholar collecting frameworks, but as someone who has encountered what they all describe. The teaching is shaped by what is true, not by which lineage said it first.
She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist, a human behavior expert, and is currently pursuing her MS and PhD in Yoga Science. The credentials matter. But they are not why she can do this work.
This is not philosophical theory delivered from a safe distance. Kevala has been through the territory she teaches: the dissolution, the disorientation, the return, and the slow work of learning to live from a different ground.
She knows what it is to have your entire sense of self come apart. And she knows what it takes to build a life that actually reflects what you've seen.
That's what she's here to help you do.

No. No experience is required, and you do not need to belong to any tradition. You only need to be serious about going deeper.
