Live, interactive programs taught by certified yoga therapists (C-IAYT), rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage and taught the way we teach in the studio: for real people, not perfect poses. Open worldwide.
Each program is built for a different purpose. Every one is live, small, and led by a yoga therapist.

A ten-month immersion in yoga therapy foundations, classical philosophy, and therapeutic application, for teachers who want depth rather than more technique. Led by Kevala and Pragalbha Doshi, with the option of a 300-hour certification at the end.

Twelve live sessions on adapting practice to the person in front of you: what to offer, what to leave out, and the reasoning behind the choice. Six recorded practices come with it, and the hours count toward Yoga Alliance continuing education.

A word-by-word study of all 195 sūtras in the Viniyoga tradition, taught by Kevala. Every live session is recorded, and the complete translation is handed to you as you go. No Sanskrit and no teaching background required.
Dates, prices, and payment plans live on our online campus at courses.mbcyoga.com, so what you see there is always current.
The same approach as the studio. We teach people, not poses.
Every program is led by a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT). You learn discernment, not a script: how to recognize what supports healing and integration in real time.
Sessions happen live so you can ask questions and be seen. Each one is recorded, so missing a week never means falling behind.
Rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage through Viniyoga, so philosophy, breath, movement, and therapeutic application fit together instead of arriving in pieces.
Two certified yoga therapists with decades of study between them.

Kevala is a yoga therapist, educator, and the founder of The Mind-Body Connection. She is known for taking complex and often obscure yogic philosophy and translating it into clear, usable tools for healing, nervous system regulation, and awakening. Rather than teaching techniques to follow, she teaches discernment.

Both. Every session is taught live over video so you can ask questions and practice with the group, and every session is recorded for you to revisit or catch up on.
Not for the Yoga Sūtras course, which is open to anyone with curiosity. The 300-Hour training and the 30 CE course are designed for certified teachers who want to work therapeutically.

No. Our 100-hour and 200-hour trainings happen in person at the studio in Upland. The online programs are for continuing study: an advanced 300-hour track, continuing education, and philosophy.
