The Mind-Body Connection is built on the idea that we teach people, not poses, and that everyone deserves a place to practice. That belief extends to this website. We are committed to making mbcyoga.com usable for as many people as possible, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard. In building and maintaining this site, we aim to:
Our studio is at 952 North Central Avenue, Upland, California, on the ground floor. Our classes are trauma-sensitive and every pose offers modifications, including chair and floor options, so you can practice in the way that suits your body. If you have specific accessibility needs for a visit, please call or text us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Accessibility is never finished. We review the site as we update it and work to correct issues as we find them. Some older content, embedded booking tools, or third-party features may not yet fully meet our standard, and we are working to improve them over time.
If you run into a barrier on this site, or you need information in a different format, we want to know. Please reach us at info@mbcyoga.com or call or text (909) 488-4622, and describe the page and the problem. We will get back to you and help you get what you need in the meantime.
