Our schedule spans fifteen class types so you can match the practice to how you feel that day. For a calmer mind: gentle yoga, restorative, meditation, and sound. To build strength and stamina: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pilates, and barre. For something different: aerial and yoga trapeze. And for specific needs, we offer trauma-informed and therapeutic options, including yoga for back pain and yoga for anxiety.
