Healing Foundations
You're not broken.
You're in debt.
Every emotion you pushed down, smiled through, or said "I'm fine" over went somewhere. It didn't disappear — it got stored in your system. And like any debt, it's been collecting interest ever since.
That interest shows up as the anxiety that won't turn off. The exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The reactions you can't explain. The relationships that keep going the same way. The feeling that something is wrong but you can't name it.
This program gives you a map of what you actually owe — and a way to start paying it back.
Join NowWhy you feel this way
It didn't disappear. It's collecting interest.
When something emotionally significant happens — a loss, a threat, a moment you had to hold it together when everything in you wanted to fall apart — and your system doesn't get to finish the response, that charge doesn't fade. It gets stored in your system. And stored emotion doesn't stay neutral. It compounds.
This is the part nobody tells you. What you call your personality is often just a collection of unpaid invoices from experiences you never got to finish. What you call your comfort zone is actually a perimeter your nervous system built around the things it couldn't process.
- Why you can't relax even when nothing is wrong
- Why certain people or situations hijack you in ways you can't explain
- Why you keep ending up in the same dynamics in relationships
- Why staying busy, numbing out, or over-giving feels easier than sitting still
- Why rest feels dangerous instead of restoring
None of these are personality traits. They're payments you're making on something.

The neuroscience is real. The philosophy is ancient.
Most healing approaches work from one direction — talk about it, move through it, or reframe it. This program works from three at once. Modern neuroscience explains what's happening in your nervous system and why it won't resolve on its own. The science of behavioral change and influence explains why you keep doing what you do even when you don't want to — and what it actually takes to shift a pattern at the root. Ancient yoga philosophy, specifically the Panchamaya model rooted in the Taittirīya Upaniṣad, mapped the five layers of the human system thousands of years before neuroscience confirmed them. Together, these three frameworks don't just explain what's wrong. They give you a precise map of where the problem lives and exactly what to do about it.
- Why emotions get stored in the body — not as memories, but as states you re-enter
- How your stress response got stuck on and why it won't turn off on its own
- What chronic tension, anxiety, and exhaustion are actually telling you
- Why willpower hasn't fixed it — and what actually does
- The difference between remembering something and re-entering it — and how to stay out
The framework
Five layers. Most approaches only reach one.
We work at every level of the human system — because that's where the problem actually lives. Most approaches only reach one or two layers. Talk therapy works the mind. Acupuncture works the body or energy. Even yoga, as it's typically taught, rarely gets below the surface. When something isn't working, it's usually because the approach never reached the layer where the issue actually lives. This program is designed to work at all five — simultaneously.
Layer 01
Body
What it's been carrying and where it's holding it
Layer 02
Breath & Energy
The layer most approaches skip entirely
Layer 03
Mind
Patterns that formed before you could choose them
Layer 04
Behavior
The architecture built around things you couldn't finish
Layer 05
Emotion
The deepest layer — where the debt actually lives
The container
You won't do it alone.
- Most of your debt was created in isolation — it can't fully heal in isolation
- Being truly seen by others is one of the only things that completes what aloneness created
- The group isn't just a setting. It's part of the medicine.
- Small enough that everyone is known. Safe enough that something real can happen.
How it works
Show up. The program structure holds the rest.
Each class opens with a small-group Healing Foundations session. Together we work through the five steps at the core of this program: learning to notice the patterns running in the background, naming the things you do to keep yourself from feeling them, letting your body complete what it never got to finish, stopping the cycle of pushing things down, and doing it with other people who can actually witness it. This isn't a lecture — it's live, guided work in a small group. Then the session moves into therapeutic yoga for somatic healing and release. Come as often as you like. The schedule is built so every week offers multiple entry points.
- 1
Enroll and start immediately
Choose your commitment — 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. Membership begins the day you join. No waiting, no orientation required.
- 2
Attend any Healing Foundations class
Six sessions per week on the schedule. Come to one or come to all — every session stands on its own and builds on what came before.
- 3
Do the guided inner work
Each class begins with a 30-minute Healing Foundations session — live, guided work in a small group, focused on the five-step process. Then transitions into therapeutic yoga.
- 4
Use the tools between sessions
Weekly journaling prompts, breathwork recordings, and video content extend the work beyond the studio. The shift keeps going even when you're not in class.
- 5
Stay as long as you need
Renew monthly or continue on your chosen term. Most members find that 3 months is where things really shift. Six is where they stick.

Is this for you?
This program is specific by design.
This is for you if…
- You say "I'm fine" when your chest is on fire
- You think you're just impatient, just tired, just wired this way
- You need to stay busy — and tell yourself it's ambition
- You can't sit in silence without reaching for something
- Rest feels more dangerous than being exhausted
- You over-function in relationships and still feel unseen
- You have a relationship — or several — that just don't work, no matter what you do
- You have some history of trauma — and you're still feeling it, even if you can't name it
- You react in ways that surprise even you — and can't explain why
- You've tried therapy, read the books, done the work — and still feel stuck
- You've tried everything and nothing has worked
- You're the most capable person in the room and the most depleted
This is not for you if…
- You want a diagnosis, not a way out
- You want to be managed, not changed
- You want someone to fix you, not work with you
- You want validation, not clarity
- You want to talk about it, not move through it
- You want a shortcut, not a way home
- You're convinced the problem is other people
If any of the first list sounds like you, you're in the right place.

C-IAYT · E-RYT500 · YACEP
Kevala is a Certified Yoga Therapist and human behavior expert known for taking complex and often obscure yogic philosophy — the kind that rarely leaves academic commentary — and translating it into clear, usable tools for healing, nervous system regulation, and awakening. Her work draws from classical yoga texts, therapeutic frameworks, and the science of behavioral change and influence: how people actually work, what drives their patterns, and what it actually takes to shift them. She has trained extensively in behavior profiling and modeling — the study of how human behavior is formed, maintained, and changed at the level of the nervous system — and brings that lens directly into how she reads and works with students. She doesn't teach techniques to follow. She teaches discernment — how to recognize what supports healing, clarity, and integration in real time, and how to stop mistaking survival patterns for personality. Kevala trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage, studying Ashtanga under David Miliotis and Viniyoga and Yoga Therapy under Chase Bossart, and is currently pursuing her MS/Ph.D. in Yoga Science at Vivekananda Yoga University.
None of this is theory. Kevala built this program from her own experience navigating trauma and complex PTSD — which means she knows firsthand what it's like when nothing works, when you understand everything intellectually and still can't get out, and what it actually takes to come back.
This program exists because it worked. Not in a book. In a body.
Her students report the same.
In their words
Real people. Real shifts.
These aren't curated success stories. They're moments captured mid-program — what students said out loud, in the room, as things were actually changing.
Member · One week into the program
"Something has been shifting. I'm calmer. My anxiety is diminishing — and I hope it stays, because it's a really good feeling."
Member · Several weeks in
"I've been able to watch my patterns and reassure myself. I've noticed a real shift — I don't distract myself the way I used to. I used to spend hours watching Netflix without thinking about it. Now I'd rather read. The pull toward numbing is just… less."
Member · Applying the framework in real life
"I could see that I was trying to control the situation — and I finally realized I couldn't. So I made a different choice, and it felt like the right one."
"Later that day I felt this ache, a longing for connection. And I saw it as it was happening — and I think I was able to give that to myself."
Member · One year into the program
"In 20 minutes, we resolved something that three years of therapy hadn't touched. Later in the program I made peace with something I'd been carrying around my father for years. My chronic back pain disappeared. It hasn't come back."
