This is more than a yoga class. Led by Kevala, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), it is a therapeutic program that works at every level of your system at once: body, energy, mind, emotion, and identity.
The anxiety that won't turn off. The exhaustion sleep doesn't fix. The reactions you can't explain. That isn't your personality, it's emotional debt: stored, unfinished feeling the body never got to discharge, held in place by a misperception of who you are at the deepest level.
Healing Foundations combines neuroscience, behavioral change, and ancient philosophy to clear that debt at the root, not just quiet the symptoms. This is not spiritual bypassing. You'll sit with discomfort, and you'll be supported every step.

Talk therapy works the mind. A workout works the body. Yoga works on the body and breath. Healing Foundations plus therapeutic yoga classes works all five layers of you, (what we call the Panchamaya model in Yoga), at once, which is why the change actually holds.
Physical body
Where stress lodges in muscle, posture, and pain. We use physical movement linked to breath to work this layer.
Breath and energy
Breath and vitality. We use specific breathing practices to regulate your nervous system directly.
Mind
We teach you how to become aware of and change the looping thoughts and mental patterns running quietly in the background of your mind.
Perception
How you see yourself and your story. We connect you to the part of you that can watch and change a pattern instead of being run by it.
Emotions and identity
The stored feeling and the sense of self underneath it all. Most methods never reach here. This is the root, and we get to it.
Each class opens with a small-group Healing Foundations session. Together we work through the five steps at the core of this program: learning to notice the patterns running in the background, naming the things you do to keep from feeling them, letting your body complete what it never got to finish, stopping the cycle of pushing it all down, and doing the work alongside other people who can actually witness it. This isn't a lecture, it's live, guided work in a small group. Then the session moves into therapeutic yoga for somatic healing and release. Come as often as you like; the schedule is built so every week offers multiple entry points.
Choose your commitment, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. Membership begins the day you join. No waiting, no orientation required. You will receive BONUS pre-recorded content with tools you can use immediately.
Six sessions a week on the schedule. Come to one or come to all, every session stands on its own and builds on what came before.
Each class begins with a 30-minute Healing Foundations session, live, guided work in a small group focused on the five-step process, then transitions into therapeutic yoga.
Weekly journaling prompts, breathwork recordings, and video content extend the work beyond the studio. The shift keeps going even when you're not in class.
Renew monthly or continue on your chosen term. Most members find three months is where things really shift; six is where they stick.
Healing Foundations runs as live, small-group sessions on the schedule followed by a therapeutic yoga class. Come as often as you like, every week offers multiple entry points.
Using yoga models, philosophy, and practical tools, we work the body, breath, mind, emotions, and perception together. That is why it reaches what other approaches miss.
Led by Kevala (C-IAYT), starting with an intake call. Pairing with our Therapeutic Viniyoga classes, at least twice a week, accelerates your results.
A regular practice is not a bonus, it is a core part of how this program works. Every Healing Foundations membership includes unlimited access to all therapeutic yoga, group yoga, and Pilates classes on the studio schedule. The more consistently you practice, the faster your nervous system learns to hold the changes you are making in your sessions.
This program is built for those ready to do the real work.
The anxiety, exhaustion, or reactions you cannot explain have not shifted, no matter what you try. Relationships that just don't work. Stress in work and life.
You are willing to sit with discomfort and meet what is underneath, with support every step. You want to know who you are beneath all of it and operate from there.
Not another quick fix, but tools and understanding that actually get to the root of your issues and rewire how you live and who you are.
"In the past, yoga left me feeling inadequate and sore. After taking a class here, my perspective completely changed."
"The breath-centered sessions aren't like other yoga. They've genuinely helped my back and knee pain."
"I've been going for over a year and love learning the foundations of yoga. Kevala and Larissa are wonderful teachers."
"Truly grateful to have found this studio. I'm a beginner with stiffness and pain from a desk job, and the practice has been so helpful."
"There's no pressure to overdo it. I can go at my own pace and everyone is supportive."
"I was so impressed with the yoga therapy class. Kevala is extremely knowledgeable with a very calming demeanor."
They're stored, unfinished, and they can change. Healing Foundations gives you the tools to finally feel the shift.
Healing Foundations is our flagship 30-day therapeutic program for people in the Inland Empire carrying anxiety, burnout, or pain that has not shifted no matter what they have tried. Rooted in yoga philosophy, it works every layer of you at once, body, breath and energy, mind, emotion, and sense of self.
This is trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, not spiritual bypassing. You will be guided to meet the root cause, often a misperception of who you are, with real support every step. Many students describe more lasting change in thirty days than they found in years of other therapeutic approaches.

Kevala is a Certified Yoga Therapist and human behavior expert known for taking complex yogic philosophy and translating it into clear, usable tools for healing, nervous system regulation, and awakening. Her work draws from classical yoga texts, therapeutic frameworks, and the science of behavioral change -- how people actually work, what drives their patterns, and what it actually takes to shift them.
She doesn't teach techniques to follow. She teaches discernment -- how to recognize what supports healing, clarity, and integration in real time, and how to stop mistaking survival patterns for personality.
Kevala trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage, studying Ashtanga under David Miliotis and Viniyoga and Yoga Therapy under Chase Bossart, and is currently pursuing her MS/Ph.D. in Yoga Science at Vivekananda Yoga University.
None of this is theory. Kevala built this work from her own experience navigating trauma and complex PTSD -- which means she knows firsthand what it's like when nothing works, when you understand everything intellectually and still can't get out, and what it actually takes to come back.
This class exists because it worked. Not in a book. In a body.
Her students report the same.
