Your back hasn't stopped aching for three weeks.
You can't find a comfortable position to sleep.
You're exhausted in a way that a nap doesn't fix.
You're carrying something enormous — and your body needs the support it isn't getting.
this is what support actually feels like
Prenatal Yoga at Mind-Body Connection is a 6-week series designed to ease pregnancy discomforts, prepare your body for birth, and nurture the connection between you and your baby. Classes are kept intentionally small so your instructor can give you the individual attention you deserve.
This is a space to breathe. To feel. To be held by movement, by breath, and by a community of women who understand exactly where you are.

what you will experience
Every 60-minute session is trimester-safe, individually modified, and held in an intentionally small group so you are never just another body in the room.
Trimester-safe āsana that releases tension in the pelvis, spine, and hips — the places pregnancy asks the most of.
Prāṇāyāma techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and prepare you for the intensity of birth.
Regulation tools you can use during pregnancy, in labor, and beyond — so you stay grounded no matter what the third trimester brings.
Discover how your thoughts, breath, and body work together — so you can move toward birth with clarity, confidence, and calm.
I can't thank your studio enough for the amazing prenatal yoga classes. What a strong and supportive community you're building. The delivery nurses complimented my strength and fitness through a 29 hour labor — said my yoga practice was a big reason why I was able to push so well!
I cannot recommend the prenatal yoga classes more! Our instructor has been my teacher for two six-week sessions. I've learned so much — not just safe movements during pregnancy, but also about my pelvic floor, vocalizations for birthing day, and a sense of community with the other women in the class.
Loving the prenatal classes! I've been going since around 22 weeks and will be going until about 38 weeks. Our instructor is the best — very knowledgeable. It's nice to just take some time with yourself, your baby and some really good and helpful yoga.
10/10 for prenatal yoga. I joined late at 37 weeks but found the breath work and stretches to be very helpful. Our instructor also described how contractions feel when they come up and go down — I hadn't thought to look that up yet, so that was incredibly helpful.
During my pregnancy, I attended prenatal yoga classes and our instructor is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and shared tips about labor and delivery. I loved having the support of a group of women going through the same experience. This studio was the only one in the surrounding area that held prenatal classes!
Best prenatal classes!! I have really been enjoying prenatal yoga here. Great studio space, our instructor is very knowledgeable and tailors the class to your individual needs!

Life happens, especially during pregnancy. If you need to miss a session, please give us at least 7 days' notice and we will do our best to substitute you into an available class in the other series, depending on availability. Missed classes with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable and cannot be made up. If you experience a medical issue during the series, we will issue a studio credit with a valid doctor's note. A doctor's note will also be required before returning to class.
It's something more. While you will build strength and ease physical discomforts, prenatal yoga at MBC is rooted in a therapeutic, mind-body approach. Every class includes breathwork, nervous system regulation tools, and space for reflection, not just movement.
Always consult your care provider before beginning any new movement practice during pregnancy. If you have been cleared for gentle activity, prenatal yoga is generally considered safe and therapeutic. Our instructors are trained to modify for common pregnancy discomforts including back pain, sciatica, hip tightness, and pelvic girdle pain. Please share any concerns with your instructor before class.
Our instructors are certified through Yoga Alliance and specifically trained in both therapeutic yoga and prenatal yoga. Every class is led by a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) who understands how to support your body safely through every stage of pregnancy.
All prenatal yoga classes are held in-studio at Mind-Body Connection Yoga in Upland, CA. Our studio is a quiet, welcoming space designed for therapeutic practice.
